There is a variety of safari accommodation to choose from - lodges, tented camps and camping. All offer a unique blend of comfort, relaxation and ofcourse, adventure.

:: Lodges/country homes ::

Most of the lodges in the parks are the equivalent to western hotels. Simpler ones are also of good standard and comfortable. Meals are prepared to the highest standards. The lodges are situated in a traditional natural setting and the architecture and design of the lodges make maximum use of the local materials and indigenous African designs.

The costs vary to suit different people and their budgets. However, it is measured in the same basic element: comfortable beds, hot showers, excellent food and of course good service.

:: Tented camps ::

Clients are often misled by the term "tented camps" but they are luxury, insect proof tents that are permanently pitched on a concrete base. Each is equipped with flushing toilets. The tented camps are very popular as it gives the visitor the true experience of being close to nature minus the inconvenience that can be with true camping in the wild.

:: Camping Safaris ::

Camping is ideal for those on a low budget and for those who want to feel close to nature. The camping facilities are basic and camping in the wild is only for the brave and adventurous. Budget camping is designed to cut costs, but without cutting corners on the game viewing experience.
Some camp sites have no showers but hot water can be provided upon request. Camping in the open gives you the thrill and excitement of a real African experience. Meals are served in the open air. There is no electricity and kerosene lamps are used. The evenings are spent sitting around the campfire under the starry African skies and listening to the stories of the day.
